For International Orders:

• We will remove all frames and remove artwork from Stretcher bars to enable postage of rolled canvases in cylinder- it will be up to the purchaser to reframe once received. Over 5kg Freight is listed as $500- however you will need to email us trulypruly@gmail.com to ensure this is correct as we may not be able to freight to your country if above this weight.

Yes I do at times.
Commission work will be subject to time available with workload, please do not be offended if your request is refused.
When in creative flow- I prefer to remain in flow and go with what is coming through over providing commission pieces.
Do not ask me to undertake a commission that meets perfection- Perfection is not what I am about.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return items at your cost and we will exchange for another or provide you with a credit to use at anytime in the future.
Note: Originals will only be credited if they are returned without damage and there will be no attempt to recreate them.

I currently work in a home studio, if I have some items available for view I will post on social media or on the events in the website, if you want to view an item in person or would like to discuss a project, please email me through the contacts page.

We collect your personal information to track product prurchases, it is collected only when a purchase is made.Some information is collected generally from searches and site visits , this information is not specific and does not include personal information it is a way to track where and when people are browsing so we can make any experience better and look at where to focus future marketing if applicable. We will only store personal information after a purchase and will use this from time to time when launching new products and keep you notified of any updates to the site. We will generally communicate by email- not limited to this so at times could be text if we venture to that technical level.
Our goal is to keep things super simple without the use of too much technology and to keep any of our clients details private as much as possible. Details will only be forwarded to a third party if we require theor assistance to complete a purchase or finalise an artwork to your specifications- ie: framing.
As our page progress's and if members join and wish to cancel- we will certainly work with you to do this, we are yet to learn this process fully .
